Dr. Shannon Bredin received the 2010  Health & Fitness Program Recognition Award. This award is the highest honour provided by Health & Fitness Program. The purpose of the Health & Fitness Program Recognition Award, awarded since 1992, is to annually honour an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the Health & Fitness Program. The Award recognizes contributions to the Health & fitness consulting in Canada including: committee work, leadership, Health & Fitness Program delivery, and research in fitness practices/industry. Congratulations Shannon!
